    Abbreviation: MBR
    Description: Entry level rank for Xiled Syndicate requiring little to no active participation. Any person recruited into Xiled Syndicate will receive this rank automatically. This rank is for the casual gamers that wish to utilize what XS has to offer. Most of the community should fall under this designation.
    Requirements:
    - Join the Xiled Syndicate Discord Server
    - Register on XiledSyndicate.com
    - Be a member of a Xiled Syndicate community/division -or- be approved as a XS Member through Xiled Syndicate Departments.

  • VETERAN MEMBER
  • Classification: Recreational Rank
    Number Per Division: Infinite
    Abbreviation: VETM
    Description: A Veteran Member has been an active member within XS for at least 1 month (>30 days). Veteran Members will never be removed from the server or community for inactivity. This is the rank for more devoted members of the community that have invested their time and efforts to help make XS thrive. This rank is for the casual gamers that have shown extra effort for XS by keeping the community active.
    Requirements:
    - Hold the rank of Member for at least 30 days.
    - Be reasonably active within the community for a 30 day period.
    - Be registered on XiledSyndicate.com.

  • MASTER SERGEANT
  • Classification: Staff Rank
    Number Per Division: Infinite
    Abbreviation: MSG
    Description:  Rank for well established Members of Xiled Syndicate who've decided to fully embrace our Ranking System. Requiring a good deal of participation. Members who achieve this rank are often considered the most important members within Xiled Syndicate. 
    Requirements:
    - Must be a Member for at least 2 weeks.
    - Must be willing to fulfill the responsibilities of the position. Any and all staff positions are considered voluntary. When this position is accepted you are expected to be an elite member of your Division and act accordingly. A staff position means you are willing to do more work than any lower rank, and You will continue to perform the duties of all the ranks below you. 
    - Weekly Check-In on XiledSyndicate forums
    - Must have passed a verbal test given by the GENERAL or their choice of Staff along with one other member of Division Staff present.
    - Learn community History, Structure, and Responsibilities.
    Platform Based Requirements:
    MSG’s cannot hold this rank or above without their XS community abbreviation in their gamertag. (Xbox/PSN/Discord)
    Duties:- Introduces the new members to other members.
    - Takes guidance from leaders.

  • LIEUTENANT
  • Classification: Lower Divisional Staff

    Description: This is the first position of our Staff Structure, designed for those Master Sergeants that excel in their duties and responsibilities. LT’s are highly knowledgeable on all aspects of Xiled Syndicate.

    - Be a Master Sergeant for [5] Days
    -Successfully Trained [5] members as MSG
    - Check In Weekly via Division Forum Section
    - Fully understand how to host gamenights
    -  Fully understand all aspects of community History, Structure, Responsibilities.

    Description: Responsible for creating and maintaining activities for members, the rank of Captain requires demonstrated ambition and sustained participation.
    Requirements:
    - Active as LT for at least 1 week
    - Hosted at least [5] Gamenights
    - Hosted at least [5] Workshops
    - Must have Problem Solving Skills
    Duties:
    - Organize Gamenights with other Divisions
    - Attend Division meetings when needed
    - Must be prepared to Take Notes

    Description: This position is reserved for the most experienced, and capable Captains in the lower division, appointed by the General and Co-Founder. They will have proven they have what it takes to lead.

    - Active as CPT for at least 2 weeks

    - Must have Problem Solving Skills
    Duties:
    - Must assist the General in running the Division activities & meetings.

They will have proven they have what it takes to lead. Founders primary focus is creating, growing, and evolving Divisional Assets.

    - Founder(s) must ensure all the positions below them are performing their jobs correctly.

    Description: This is the Second highest position inside the Division. This rank is given to a Founder that the Division Leader feels has exceeded expectations in every rank. Co-Division Leaders ensure all aspects of the division are thriving.
    Requirements:
    - Active as Founder for at least 4 weeks
    -Succeed as a Founder
    - Pass LDP Test Given By Division Leader / Senior Leadership
    Duties:
    - Co-Division Leader’s job is to work with the Founders to run and maintain the Division.
    - Co-Division Leaders resolve major problems brought to them by the staff.
    - Co-Division Leaders act as a Division Leader, when one is not present, and represent their division at the leaders’ meetings when the Division Leader is unavailable.
    - Help maintain a safe gaming environment for players.
    - Assist the Division Leader in any way.

  • Classification: Upper Divisional Leader

    Abbreviation: Div-Leader
    Description: This is the highest position inside the Division. Therefore, they are role models to all the members in their division. Division Leaders work alongside all members of Upper-Division Staff to ensure members receive the best experience possible.
    Requirements:
    - Been Rank Major - Co-Division Leader
    -Succeed as a Co-Division Leader
    - Pass LDP Test Given By Senior Leadership
    -Provides a good gaming experience for everyone
    - Division Leaders are suggested for promotion by a Director and approved by Senior Directors, or the Board Member(s).
    Duties:
    - Division Leaders must exercise patience as they will be called upon to make many tough decisions that will affect the members in their division.
    - Division Leaders are the “top” rank of a division. Therefore, they are role models to all the members in their division.
    - Division Leaders are in charge of promoting and demoting within the upper-division staff.
    -Division Leaders are responsible for safeguarding the digital assets of the division. Emails, Accounts, Passwords, ETC.
    - Division Leaders must participate in division meetings and communicate with the Directors and Co-Division Leaders to ensure.

    Description: This rank is given to Division Leaders who demonstrate longevity and success. Considered experts of all aspects of the Division, the Director oversees Divisional Performance.

    - Active as Division Leader for at least [10] weeks.
    - Lead a Division of 500+ for [10] weeks
    - Full Division Staff
    Duties:
    - Assist Division Leaders with any Testing
    - Assist Division Leaders with any/all situations
    - Mentor Division Leaders, and Co-Division Leaders
    - Assist Senior Directors / Board of Directors
    - Maintaining Divisional Budgets

  • Senior Director
  • Classification: Senior Leadership
    Number Per Community: Infinite 
    Abbreviation: SNR DIR
    Description: This rank is given to Directors who successfully assist Division Leaders to get promoted. Senior Directors support the Directors and Division Leaders and help promote the concepts of leadership and professionalism.
    Requirements:
    - Active as Director for at least [5] weeks.
    - Help a Division Leader under them reach Director
    Duties:
    - Senior Directors are to enforce all policies and directives that the Owners/Presidents want to be put into practice.
    - Senior Directors are expected to act in a respectful and professional manner at all times in order to be a great example to their members.
    - Senior Directors are to mentor Directors & Division Leaders while allowing them to grow and learn at their own pace.
    - Senior Directors must know, stay updated, and follow the Code of Conduct and Xiled Syndicate Handbook.
    - Administrates all Community Fundraising

  • Council of Leaders
  • Classification: Legacy
    Description: This title is given to those former leaders of Xiled Syndicate that have shown commitment, dedication, and quality leadership skills. This is given to members when uncontrolled situations occur in real life that make it difficult for them to perform at the level required of them, to give respect to them as former leaders, and to allow them to continue to mentor and support the new leaders of Xiled Syndicate. Additionally, this rank may be given to those Senior Leaders who have not met the requirements of entering the Council of Elders so as to allow them to still remain in a mentorship capacity for our continued leadership development.
    Requirements:
    - Members must have been an active Founder, Co-Division Leader, Division Leader, Director or Senior Director for a minimum of 3 months.
    - Members must be active throughout the Community.
    - Members must be respected by all members of the Community.
    - Members are selected and voted on by the entire Sr Leadership of the community as well as the Board of Directors.
    Duties / Stipulations:

    - CoL will support current Leaders within Xiled Syndicate by sharing advice, strategies, or simply being there to assist or guide these leaders.

    - CoL can attend Leaders/Division meetings, but it is not mandatory.

    - CoL cannot RS, demote, in any way amongst clan ops. However, they may lend support or advice in order to assist in the betterment of our future leaders.

    - CoL Return Policy: If a member of the CoL chooses to return to active duty, the Board will vote on their position and responsibilities.

  • Council of Elders
  • Classification: Legacy
    Description: Council of Elders (CoE) was established in 2017 to recognize those leaders whose contributions to the community and service to the Xiled Syndicate have been significant, substantial, and long-standing. Those who have met these qualifications are looked up to by the future leaders of our community and will continue to pass down the knowledge and passions that made them the leaders they are.
    Requirements:
    - Members must have held the rank of Director for a minimum of 6 months and performed their duties in a successful manner.
    - Members must be voted into the Council of Elders by “ALL” board members. (Not just who is in the meeting upon vote)
    Duties / Stipulations:
    - No CMS or tag access will be given to CoE.
    - CoE can attend Board meetings, but it is not mandatory.
    -CoE cannot RS or demote in any way within clan ops. However, they may lend support or advice in order to assist in the betterment of our future leaders.

    Description: Department Head(s) & Department Co-Head(s) are responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and duties of department teams and sections within Xiled Syndicate.
    Current Xiled Syndicate Departments: Web-Team, Social Media, Competitive, Recruitment, Events, Media, Design, AAP, News, Support, and Leadership Development Program (LDP).

  • Chief Information Officer
    Classification: Executive
    Description: The Chief Information Officer is in charge of the proper communication and flow of information from the top tiers of leadership to the lowest. They are also responsible for the proper communication/advertisement of sponsor information, specials, giveaways, and more. They are responsible for making sure that events are properly communicated throughout the community, as well as any other assigned duties as required by Owner/CCO.

    Description: Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is an executive-level position whose occupation is focused on technological issues and research within our organization, as well as communicating web-server operations to the Board of Directors.

    Description: Chief Networking Officer (CNO) is to support the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and the Board of Directors within their community for maintaining and improving Web Operations. They are also responsible for the administration team and suggesting problem-solving performance.

    Description: Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is an executive-level position who manages the administration team, supervises the daily operations of web operations and is responsible for the performance of the departments they manage.

    Community Manager
    Classification: Executive
    Description: The Community Manager (CM) is responsible for the bridge between all members and Senior Leadership. The Community Manager gathers feedback and suggestions from members of the community. The Community Manager will work alongside the Chief of Operations (COO) to ensure the voice and opinions of all members are brought to Senior Leadership’s attention, regardless of rank. The CM is also tasked with a monthly ‘all-members’ meeting for all members to voice their opinions and suggestions.

    Chief of Internal Affairs
    Classification: Executive
    Description: In charge of investigating incidents and possible suspicions of rule-breaking and professional misconduct. The Chief of Internal Affairs works alongside the Chief Strategic Officer to ensure all aspects of their community are safe & secure. The internal affairs is not an enforcement function, but rather a policing function that works to report to the Board of Directors only. The Chief of Internal Affairs works along with the Chief Information Officer to ensure all events/activities and recent policy changes are properly communicated throughout the community. The Chief of Internal Affairs ensures that all divisions are submitting their weekly Member of the Week and updating their division’s message board. The Chief of Internal Affairs is responsible for hosting H3LLS Korner.

    Chief Strategy Officer
    Classification: Executive
    Description: The CSO will work alongside the CPO (Chief Performance Officer) to develop goals and strategies to aid in the growth and development of failing squads as well as the maintenance of healthy squads and divisions. The Chief Strategic Officer is also tasked with hosting H3LL5 Kouncil.

    Description: Chief Performance Officer (CPO) ensures the performance of the Sr Staff. Keeping leaders up to date with current policies and provide the tools to complete their duties at the highest level possible. The CPO is to utilize information and intelligence data to determine usefulness for the community while reporting to the Chief of Staff (CoS) for assistance on all division staff business.

    Description: Chief of Staff (CoS) is to support the Chief of Operations (COO) in the management of the entire community Senior Leadership team within Xiled Syndicate. They are also responsible for suggesting problem resolution approaches and procedures to the Chief Performance Officer (CPO).

    Description: Vice President (VP) is the second-highest-ranking executive, and their primary responsibilities include working side by side with the President and the other Board of Directors of their community. The VP’s job is to make sure their community is running as well as it possibly can, with a smooth, efficient leadership team that meets the expectations and needs of members and users.
