Have you wanted to be Leadership Development Program Certified? Sadly you will have to wait until 2021. While the Xiled Syndicate communities transition over to the new Rank Structure that was announced across the board last week, the LDP Course classes have currently been put on hold. This is to allow each community to work through a successful transition, but also gives the LDP Department the ability to update their course material to reflect the recent changes.
While you may not be able to attend a traditional course until January 2021, the Leadership Development Program will be holding Workshops in the Xiled Syndicate Discord Server for all XS members to attend. The Workshops will begin this coming Friday, November 6th 2020 at 9pm EST. The Workshops will be held each week up to the Christmas holiday break. All Workshops will be held at 9pm EST just like the normal LDP Course would be.
No pre-registration or sign-up is required, and all members of any rank are welcome to attend. Attending these Workshops will give you a taste of some of the course material that would usually be covered during the regular LDP Courses, and when LDP Courses start back up next year, you will be ready!
